Sheffield United want to re-sign James McAtee from Manchester City.
The midfielder played a key role with the Blades as they won promotion to the Premier League last season.
McAtee has expressed his enjoyment he had at Bramall Lane last season.
And The Sun says Blades boss Paul Heckingbottom wants to bring him back for the new term.
City, however, may keep hold of McAtee, with manager Pep Gaurdiola eager to add him to his squad.
