Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder has spoken about his coaching staff choices.
The club's new head coach, who replaced Paul Heckingbottom, is off to a bad start with a 2-0 defeat to Liverpool.
However, Wilder is focused on the medium term and has retained Jack Lester within his coaching staff.
One who will be coming in to assist Wilder is Keith Andrews, who was with the Republic of Ireland until recently.
"I've looked intensely at other football clubs and how they go about it, and what was needed to give the players the best opportunity," said Wilder, per The Star.
"So Jack's part of my new coaching staff, along with Keith Andrews who I've known a long time. I've got an awful lot of respect for him and know how he works and what his mind's about.
And what he can bring to the staff and most importantly to the players. Obviously, Alan and Matt Prestridge have been part of the staff for a long time."
