Former Premier League star Jonjo Shelvey appears to be thriving in the Turkish league.
The 31-year-old, who was recently in the Premier League with Nottingham Forest, scored for Rizespor against Istanbulspor this weekend.
Former Newcastle midfielder Shelvey took a leaf out of Bayern Munich star Harry Kane's book, shooting from inside his own half.
His strike went in and gave his team a 1-0 lead in the fifth minute of their league contest.
Shelvey will be hoping the goal can instigate a run of scoring form in Turkey, as this was his first goal all season.
Rizespor are currently midtable in the Super Lig after an indifferent start to the campaign.
