Former Tottenham boss Tim Sherwood admits Casemiro has forced him to eat humble pie.
Sherwood, when Casemiro signed for United from Real Madrid, questioned the midfielder's motivations.
But he now says: "I thought he (Casemiro) came to Man United to fill the coffers. He has done everything at Real Madrid, he cannot possibly have the hunger. I was so wrong, so wrong.
"When he scored that equaliser at Stamford Bridge, you saw how he celebrated with the Man United fans, from that moment on I knew this guy is the real deal. He is incredible.
"He puts out fires, puts out all kinds of dangers, but he can also play. You have to take your hat off to him."
