Despite the man's efforts to ignore them, the protesters persisted in their aggression. They even went as far as threatening him, with one individual making a move to hit him with a helmet, as he was exiting the fast-food restaurant with his family. Thankfully, the man's wife intervened to prevent a physical altercation and urged her husband to file a report.

Subsequently, the group of men, aged 27 to 33, was arrested and will be investigated under Section 506 of the Penal Code for criminal intimidation. Many netizens have condemned the harassment of innocent customers, expressing that while boycotting is a valid form of support for Palestinians, some locals have misused it to harass and resort to violence. Some have called for authorities to intervene and prevent such situations from escalating.
