
SEMPORNA: A fire destroyed three two-storey shoplots in town, Tuesday.
A spokesperson from the State Fire and Rescue Department said they received a distress call following the incident at 3.03am via MERS999.
A team of nine firefighters was dispatched to the scene in a fire engine and EMRS vehicle.

“The firefighters were using three water streams with three sprouts to combat the blaze,” said the spokesperson.
No casualties were reported. The shoplots were 100 per cent destroyed.
