Bazar Ramadhan is the “gathering spot” for food lovers during the Holy month and the best part is everyone, regardless of their race, is more than welcome to explore the food around the market.

Unfortunately, not everyone can say the same about their experiences at the Bazaar. On his viral TikTok post @kanda.nismilan, a Malaysian man recently shared his disappointing experience of visiting a Bazar Ramadhan, where he bought some Pulut Panggang (grilled glutinous rice) as part of his meal to break the fast. Let’s just say, it was hard for him to eat the snack (pun intended).

The Pulut Panggang was ROCK-HARD. To prove his point, he knocked the snack on the plate several times to show its hardness, and from the sound of it, you can see that it was almost impossible for him to chew on the food without hurting his teeth.

“The story of the 1st day of Ramadhan. I don’t know if I should cry or laugh. It’s hard like wood.”

The man, however, did not disclose the location of the Bazar Ramadhan or the name of the business.

Imagine soldiering through hunger the entire day, and it’s a major turn-off to see one of your food is just inedible.

Netizens are not surprised to see yet another bad experience of a Bazaar Ramadhan visitor, and many said that they stopped visiting the place due to the

“I bought a Roti John yesterday and it got bad in less than 2 hours. I had to throw it, what a waste.”
