
KOTA KINABALU: Sabah International Food Expo (SIFEX) 2026 runs April 24–26 at Sabah International Convention Centre, themed “Tasting Tomorrow’s Market”.
The largest food expo in East Malaysia will feature 312 booths and over 400 F&B brands from Malaysia, Brunei, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
Highlights include the Taiwan Product Fair, street food and pastry zones, food tasting, workshops, and cooking demos by celebrity chef Fazley Yaakob.
Admission is free, 10am–9pm daily, with the opening ceremony on April 25 at 11am. Organisers expect 60,000 visitors.
