Sime Darby Property chairman Datuk Rizal Rickman Ramli said the adjustment is part of the company’s commitment to ensure its employees’ well-being and inclusive growth. The adjustment takes into account the rising cost of living and is aimed at providing better financial support to low-income workers.

“This initiative highlights our commitment to the financial stability and well-being of our workforce, particularly those most affected by the rising cost of living.”

“This salary increase is part of Sime Darby Property’s broader workforce development efforts under the SHIFT25 transformation plan.”
