Simon Davies has been named new academy director at Tottenham.
The former Manchester United and Wales winger has been promoted following Dean Rastrick's exit.
Davies also had eight years inside Manchester City's academy and was assistant coach to Vincent Kompany at Anderlecht.
At City, he eventually became Head of Coaching for the Academy.
He made the move to Spurs last year.
