A 28-YEAR-OLD man who secretly filmed at least 142 upskirt videos across Singapore over more than two years has been sentenced to 81 weeks’ jail, with several of his victims including colleagues and two sisters targeted at a Cold Storage outlet.
The man recorded the videos without the victims’ knowledge or consent, with at least nine of those filmed being his colleagues.
According to The Straits Times, two other victims were sisters whom he secretly recorded while they were at a Cold Storage outlet.
The offences became known after a lengthy period in which he continued making the recordings across different locations in Singapore.
On Aug 25, the man was sentenced to 81 weeks’ imprisonment for the offences. - August 25, 2026
