The Yayasan Nurjiwa charitable organisation, run by the nation's well-known singer Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza, has been informed of the flood calamity that struck Pahang and Johor. They have since stepped up to provide aid to the victims.
The charity received donations from various sources, notably through the production of the Music of The Soul: An Evening With Dato' Seri Siti Nurhaliza concert in November of last year. All profits gained from the concert has been donated to help Johor and Pahang flood victims, according to an Instagram post by the singer herself.
Aside from her singing, she is also known for her philanthropic activities both locally and internationally. Inspirational!
