SINGLIFE Philippines is set to roll out a new suite of insurance products in the second quarter, targeting different life stages and short-term protection needs of Filipinos, its chief executive said.
Speaking at a media roundtable late on Thursday, Singlife Philippines CEO Lester Cruz said the planned offerings include term life insurance, accident coverage and dengue protection.
“We’re getting ready to launch Singlife Term Protect. It’s a simple and affordable term life insurance that gives you and your family protection from death and disabilities when you need it,” he said.
The company also plans to introduce Singlife Accident Support, a short-duration coverage that users can activate for a specific period without committing to long-term plans.
Cruz said the product was designed for temporary situations involving higher risk, such as travel or physical activities, offering a flexible and lower-cost option for protection.
The insurer also plans to reintroduce its dengue protection product, which provides financial support for medical and recovery expenses related to the mosquito-borne disease.
Cruz said the new products were aimed at making insurance more accessible and relevant by aligning coverage with everyday risks faced by Filipinos.
“These three new products are all about meeting Filipinos where they are in their lives and protecting them through the realities they face,” he said.
