Premier League managers have paid tribute to Sir Bobby Charlton after it was announced the 86-year-old died on Saturday 21 October.

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag led the tributes, saying Sir Bobby was a “giant” of the game, while Arsenal’s Mikel Arteta praised him for “changing English football”.

Pep Guardiola, the Manchester City boss, said the World Cup winner represented English football “like nobody else” as Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino sent his best to Sir Bobby’s family.
