Kota Kinabalu: Sawit Kinabalu Group (SKG) reaffirmed its commitment to integrity and corporate governance through the Corruption-Free Pledge (IBR) programme held here.

The programme was organised by the group’s Integrity and Governance Division in collaboration with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Sabah.

The pledge was led by SKG chairman Hazem Mubarak Tun Musa together with members of the board of directors and the company’s top management following its first board meeting of 2026.

The pledge-taking ceremony was witnessed by Sabah MACC Director Datuk TPj Mohd Fuad Bee Basrah and Chief Minister’s Integrity Adviser KPKPj Awang Samsul Baharam Bungso.

The initiative reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening a culture of integrity, rejecting corruption and ensuring business decisions are made transparently and responsibly in line with good corporate governance.
