Following an uber-popular Snoopy MoonSwatch last year, OMEGA and Swatch return with a new limited-edition timepiece featuring the beloved comic character. Here’s everything you need to know about the Mission to Earthphase MoonSwatch in Moonshine Gold.
If the highly anticipated release of the previous Snoopy MoonSwatch was any indication, there were long queues of this collab between Snoopy, Swatch, and Omega nationwide. Featuring the return of Snoopy and Woodstock, OMEGA and Swatch have teased a new timepiece with a lot of adorable Easter eggs.
What to expect from the Snoopy OMEGA x Swatch Mission to Earthphase MoonSwatch in Moonshine Gold
While OMEGA and Swatch release MoonSwatch timepieces relatively often, this new limited-edition chronograph with Snoopy offers plenty to be excited about. Not only is it a visually appealing watch, but the smaller details offer even more to admire – with a few upgrades in tow, too.

The dial features a secret message, and a nod to a special OMEGA timepiece
Watch lovers will note a white-and-blue nod to the OMEGA Silver Snoopy 50th Anniversary Speedmaster, as the most striking element on the new model is the white opaline dial, with hour markers coated in Grade A Super-LumiNova, and an Earth phase indicator at 10 o’clock. This shows the Earth with oceans that glow in blue colour under UV light — similar to the Snoopy Moonphase watch. First introduced in 2024, this innovative complication shows how the Earth appears from the moon. It follows a 29.5-day cycle, but in reverse. Think of it this way: when we see a full moon, the timepiece sees a new Earth, and vice versa.
Beneath the Earth phase indicator, there is an illustration of both Snoopy and Woodstock in full space gear, admiring the planet above them. Revealed only from under a UV light, there is a hidden phrase that can be read. Swatch describes it as a dedication to “the pioneering spirit of the Moonwatch model, and those who dare to imagine things differently.”

The moon phase is inspired by the Sturgeon Moon, which will appear this August
On the other side, at the 2 o’clock sundial, the moon phase indicator features two full moons, coated with the OMEGA Moonshine Gold, another element that makes this MoonSwatch stand out from many others. A closer look at the moons reveals two distinctive designs: one in the comic style of Snoopy’s world, and the other in a net-like pattern — a nod to the origins of the Sturgeon Moon. Why is this relevant? It is the full moon that is set to appear in the same month of this watch release this August.

There are some similarities with other MoonSwatch models, but the strap is unique
The battery cover for the Mission to Earthphase MoonSwatch is decorated with an Earth-inspired design. Similar to other OMEGA x Swatch models, there is a box-shaped biosourced glass construction, an etched “S” in the centre of the glass, and a circular pattern on the dial outer ring.
The navy rubber strap sees a velcro closure and a navy Bioceramic loop, making it slightly softer than the other fabric MoonSwatch straps. Those who are collectors will know that the watch straps have long been a subject of tension, with many opting to replace the original straps after purchase.

The nitty gritty technical details
The Mission to Earthphase Moonshine Gold sees a navy Bioceramic case, crown, and pushers. The case diameter measures 42mm, while the lug-to-lug distance is 47.30mm. Therefore, it is a relatively large watch for small wrists. The quartz movement is a chronograph (seconds only) with both moon phase and Earth phase indicators. The watch has a water resistance of 3 bar, so you can’t really take it swimming, but we don’t assume that you would.

The watch was priced at RM1,720 and was made available only on August 9, 2025.
