‘Snowdrop’ actress Park Soo-ryun dies at age 29 after fatal fall

Kuala Lumpur: South Korean actress Park Soo-ryun has passed away at age 29 on Sunday.

The actress fell into a coma after accidentally falling down a flight of stairs on her way home, according to a statement from her family as reported by Allkpop.

Park was declared brain dead after doctors failed to resuscitate her before she passed on.

She was known for appearing in the historical Korean series Snowdrop which also starred Blackpink’s Jisoo where she played a university student.

Her family will donate her organs.

Park’s wake and funeral procession took place at Suwon Hospital at Gyeonggi Provincial Medical Centre earlier this morning at 10.30am.
