MANILA, Philippines — Some areas in Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal will have power interruptions this week because of scheduled maintenance works, Meralco said on Sunday.
In Quezon City, some locations in Brgy. San Bartolome will have no electricity on July 22-23 between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. because of the replacement of electricity poles and line reconductoring work.
Several areas in the villages of UP Campus, New Era, Culiat, Pasong Tamo and Matandang Balara will also have power interruptions on July 23-24 between 11:30 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. due to the relocation of electricity facilities affected by the construction of MRT 7-Tandang Sora Station along Commonwealth Ave.
In Manila, some parts of Tondo will have no power on July 22 between 12:01 a.m. and 2 a.m. because of line reconstruction work along Antonio Rivera St.
Some places in the villages of Moonwalk, Santo Niño, La Huerta, and San Dionisio in Parañaque City will have no electricity on July 22 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. because of the relocation of facilities affected by the C-5 Southlink Expressway Project along Multinational Ave. and Cavitex C-5 Link Expressway Service Road in Brgy. Moonwalk.
In Las Piñas City, some portions of Brgy. Talon I will have no power on July 22-23 between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to the replacement and retirement of electricity facilities along Mother Earth Road.
Some locations in Brgy. West Rembo, Taguig City will have power interruptions on July 23 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. because of line maintenance works along Kalayaan Ave.
In Navotas City, some areas in Brgy. Daaanghari will have no power on July 24 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. because of line reconductoring works.
In Muntinlupa City, some parts of Brgy. Poblacion will have power interruptions on July 24-25 between 11:30 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. and between 12:30 a.m. and 1 a.m. because of line reconstruction works.
In Cavite, some places in Brgy. Marahan I, Alfonso will have no electricity on July 20 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. because of the replacement of aging electricity poles along Aguinaldo-Alfonso Road.
In Laguna, some portions of Brgy. Sto. Domingo in Sta. Rosa City and some parts of Brgy. Canlubang in Calamba City will have no power on July 23 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. due to line maintenance works inside Central Bloc Nuvali.
Also, Polyfame Industries, Micro Mechanics Technology and Deepwell #8 which are in Carmelray Industrial Park 2 in Brgy. Tulo will have power interruptions on July 26 between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. because of maintenance work inside the industrial park.
In Biñan City, the whole of Newton Heights Subd. in Brgy. San Francisco will have no electricity on July 26 between 12:01 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. due to line reconstruction works along San Francisco Road.
In Rizal, some locations in the villages of Pipindan, Kalinawan, Ithan and Pila Pila in Binangonan and the whole of Talim Island in Binangonan and Cardona will have no electricity on July 21 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. because of line reconductoring works and the removal of electricity poles in Talim Island.`
