Everton legend Neville Southall has urged fans to be realistic about their striker situation.
Beto and Dominic Calvert-Lewin are Everton's two senior strikers.
Southall told the Liverpool Echo: Some people have been moaning about not playing two strikers but Beto is just getting used to the Premier League and the other striker (Dominic Calvert-Lewin) has been out for so long, is he ready to play 90 minutes?
"Beto only got here a few weeks ago and he's probably still finding it difficult both mentally and physically because everyone does at the start while everyone is hoping that Dom stays fit.
I'm being told, 'we've got two strikers', yes, but they're both in different places. It's easy to say we'll play them both and we'll have a right good go but one is feeling his way in and the other is feeling his way back from injury."
