Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl recognises they face a major test against Brentford on Saturday.
Hasenhuttl says they deserve the St Mary's support a performance.
He said, "It will be a tough game, we want to show how good we are at home. Brentford are an example of a consistently growing club with a manager who has been in charge a long time. They show what you can build if you are going your way and developing the club in all the parts.
"Thomas Frank has done a fantastic job there. It seems to be very stable with a clear plan and a clear identity."
On facing Bees striker Ivan Toney, Hasenhuttl added: "Our work should be on stopping every part of the opponent, he is just one player. They have other threats like [Bryan Mbeumo]. Everybody knows they are very good at set pieces. Last season at home we played a very good game and away a very bad one. Maybe the two most extreme performances of last season."
