Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl admits more players could depart in the coming days.
The transfer window for English clubs closed at 11pm on Thursday evening, with Saints one of the busier clubs on deadline day. Most major European transfer windows have now closed, but clubs in Turkey, Russia and Australia as well as some other nations have another couple of weeks to complete deals.
Asked if following failed moves, players on the fringes such as Nathan Redmond and Theo Walcott can now be reintegrated into the squad, Hasenhuttl said: "This is always the goal.
"There are still some windows open somewhere, so it can still happen that one or the other is leaving.
"But if not, then we always have to try to give them the respect they deserve inside the club."
