Southampton boss Nathan Jones has hit out at VAR after their Carabao Cup semifinal defeat to Newcastle.
Newcastle won the first-leg 1-0 last night at St Mary's, with Saints denied a goal by VAR for handball.
"You can't really do anything," said Jones. "It has been judged. Nowadays you can't celebrate a goal and you can't do anything because you don't know what exactly happened in the play.
"You can't cheer, because you never know. We have been victims of four VAR rulings recently. Is it correct? You have to look a million times to see if it was 'clear and obvious'.
"If it touched his hand, then it must be judged, but it is just very disappointing. There is no problem with the referees, because they weren't the ones who judged it anyway."
