Southampton boss Russell Martin has confirmed Tino Livramento is leaving.
Newcastle United have launched a bid rising to 40m for the wing-back.
It's claimed Saints have now accepted Newcastle's offer.
And after their opening night Championship win against Sheffield Wednesday, Martin said: "Tino has to undergo a medical check-up and I wish him all the best.
"I have only worked with him for five weeks, but I had hoped that the collaboration would have been longer."
