Southampton boss Ruben Selles says it's too soon to consider new contract talks for his players.

Goalkeeper Willy Caballero, midfielder Moi Elyounoussi and forward Theo Walcott are all on deals that will expire in June following the conclusion of this season.

All three could be involved in the squad that faces Manchester United at Old Trafford later today, with just 13 matches remaining of the Premier League campaign.

"No, the only conversation I have had is what I have with every player within the squad, about the current situation," the Spaniard said.

"I don't think about the contracts, or age, or anything else. I just look at the performance and the only thing I think about at the moment, it is not about the summer or next season, it is about the task right now, because it would be wasted time for me."
