Southampton are interested in Olympique Lyon striker Moussa Dembele.
Foot Mercato says Saints have made a bid for the Frenchman in the last 24 hours. OL are yet to respond.
Everton were also keen on Dembele before Frank Lampard's sacking as manager, while Aston Villa are interested, though would prefer to wait until the summer.
With Dembele off contract in June, Southampton's offer is Lyon's last chance to make money from the striker.
Dembele has made it no secret that he'd like to play again in England.
