Southampton midfielder Ibrahima Diallo admits the players are happy playing for caretaker manager Ruben Selles.
Selles has stepped in after the sacking of Nathan Jones and will take Saints to Chelsea tomorrow.
He's only focused on Chelsea," Diallo said. It's the most important thing. The whole team are focused on Chelsea.
Of course, it's good because we have known him since the season's beginning. So I think it's easier to talk to the team because he knows every player.
I don't know if a new manager will come. At the moment it's Ruben, we are very happy, and we prepare in the week for the game (against Chelsea) with him."
On Chelsea, he added: "I think we just have to use this game to know that we are able to beat this team, it's what we've shown in the past.
"Every game is different, so we just have to prepare for the game in the best way that we can. I think it's just the team. That's a big club. So just prepare the game and be ready."
