Southampton midfielder Romeo Lavia is undergoing a medical at Chelsea.
Saints have accepted a bid rising to 58m for the 19 year-old Belgium international.
Lavia also saw a Liverpool offer accepted by Saints, but he refused to consider a move to Anfield.
Instead, he agreed to move to Chelsea subject to today's medical.
Having arrived a year ago from Manchester City, Lavia made 29 Premier League appearances for Southampton.
