Spain coach Luis de la Fuente says Barcelona attacker Ferran Torres deserves his call up.
However, De le Fuente admits the player needs a confidence "boost".
"I've known Ferran Torres for many years, I've seen his evolution and maturity as a footballer," he said.
"He needs more confidence to be the Ferran we need. We can't not use players of this calibre," he warned.
