Spain coach Luis de la Fuente says Barcelona teen Lamine Yamal eserves his call.
The 16 year-old has been called into the Spain squad by De la Fuente today. Yamal has committed to Spain over Morocco.
The coach explained: "We followed him and met him in Barcelona. He wanted to come with us. He has been seen to be touched with God's wand, which is different. I look at the capacity, category and level of the footballer. I think he's ready.
"We have always said and praised our sports management. It is not easy to convince them to play with Spain. Here must be those who want to be.
"You will regret what you did or not, but the important thing is that you want to be with us."
