Spain coach Luis de la Fuente admits Barcelona midfielder Gavi's season could be over.
Gavi suffered a knee injury in the Euro qualifying win against Georgia. He was forced off midway through the first-half.
The midfielder appeared in pain as he was taken off.
After the 3-1 win, De la Fuente said: Gavi's injury seems serious.
"This is the bitterest victory I've experienced in my life. We will now wait for the medical tests in the coming days."
