Spain coach Luis de la Fuente says the door is open to a recall for Sevilla defender Sergio Ramos.
However, he insists he is happy with his current centre-half options.
De la Fuente explained: "Me, what I think is that you always have to respect the players who are summoned.
"For me, the players who are right now are the best footballers who can be with us right now.
"I think that Ramos said goodbye. But, with that said, nobody has closed doors here. Even so, it must be respected that if nothing comes, nothing happens either, that we do it with total naturalness.
"That one day he can be? Well, I don't know, but if another day isn't there, then it is understood with total normality and naturalness."
