Spartak Moscow chief exec Yevgeny Melezhiko admits they reported West Ham United to FIFA over Alex Kral's loan.
Melezhiko says they took West Ham to FIFA over a non-payment of Kral's loan fee. The case is now being considered.
"The usual standard procedure. They don't pay us, we turn to FIFA," TASS quotes Melezhikov.
“I think we will get an answer soon.
"Yes, we went to the FIFA court because of the non-payment of part of the amount by West Ham for Kral."
