Fulham face competition over plans to keep hold of Manor Solomon.
Solomon is with Fulham on loan until the summer from Shakhtar Donetsk.
And Israel's Y Net reports Fulham are keen to buy Solomon - who is happy to extend his stay with the Cottagers.
However, the Ukrainians want to sell the player to the highest bidder and there is interest arriving from local rivals Tottenham and Arsenal.
Solomon has scored six goals in 31 internationals for Israel. He has 22 goals and nine assists in a total of 106 competitive matches for Shakhtar.
