Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has attempted to crack a joke with one of the club's summer signings.
Levy, not known for his humour, joked that James Maddison must stop driving a red car into training.
The club's chairman was answering questions during a fan event this week, when someone praised him for signing Maddison.
He said: "James needs to learn that he can't come to the training ground in a red car. I've told him. He'll learn."
Levy also touched on other subjects, such as new boss Ange Postecoglou and departed star Harry Kane.
He did admit that Spurs had a buy back option to bring Kane to the club in the future.
