Tottenham have been left sweating on a knee strain suffered by James Maddison.
Outstanding in yesterday's 2-2 draw at Arsenal, Maddison hyper-extended his right knee, says the London Evening Standard.
Maddison was able to continue following lengthy treatment but was eventually substituted after 78 minutes.
The midfielder was seen after the game free of crutches, but he was due to undergo a scan today to assess the damage.
Speaking after the game, Maddison said: I had a little moment when I tackled Jorginho where I jolted my knee a little bit.
You do not want to ever be playing in a derby where you are not at 100 per cent because it can cost the team, so I had to come off for the last little period."
