Tottenham have been dealt a mega blow in the centre of midfield this week.
The North London club have lost their last three Premier League games after a great start to the season.
Now boss Ange Postecoglou must do without Rodrigo Bentancur, who is set to be sidelined until February.
A scan on Tuesday revealed that Bentancur has an ankle ligament tear, which has a lengthy recovery.
Per The Mirror, Spurs will not rush back Bentancur, who previously came back from an ACL injury.
The club are also dealing with the absences of James Maddison, Micky van de Ven, Ivan Perisic, Richarlison and Manor Soloman.
