Tottenham defender Christian Romero has been labeled as a huge issue for the team.
The Argentine got his marching orders and gave away a penalty in the same move against Chelsea on Monday.
Having to play with ten men for more than half of the game resulted in Spurs eventually losing the game 4-1.
Speaking on talkSPORT, former Chelsea midfielder Andy Townsend laid into Romero.
He stated: In regards to Romero, I'm sure they love him. All the fans love a cult-hero type of player."
His co-host Ally McCoist then added: I think he let his team down Andy!"
Townsend responded: He's capable of ruining a season, if you're not careful.
He's been playing outstandingly well, with Van de Ven, but he's just got that thing in him where he can just go, in a split second."
