Infomina Berhad, through its newly launched comprehensive digital platform SSM Search, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with YYC taxPOD, a subsidiary of YYC Group, Malaysia’s leading professional services firm. The MoU was signed on 29 August 2024.
The MoU was officially signed by Mr. Yee Chee Meng – Managing Director of Infomina Berhad, Mr. Low Guan Leong – Executive Director of Infomina AI Sdn Bhd, Datin Yap Shin Siang – Chief Executive Officer of YYC Group, and Mr. Ivan Chan Koon Loon – Chief Executive Officer of YYC taxPOD. Their joint commitment to this partnership underscores a shared vision to leverage innovative digital solutions for increased efficiency and transparency across Malaysia and the region.
The signing was attended by Encik Khuzairi Yahaya – Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Registry & Business Services) and Encik Mohamad Awi Ibrahim – Director of Marketing and Business Development from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM); and Encik Aizat Hashim – FDI and DDI Manager of Digital Investment Office from Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). Their presence underscored the significance of this collaboration in promoting greater transparency and access to reliable corporate information.
This strategic collaboration will revolutionise how businesses access and utilize corporate information. Infomina AI, a subsidiary of Infomina, is set to empower YYC taxPOD subscribers by Q4 2024 with advanced capabilities to seamlessly manage, analyse, and leverage corporate data sourced from SSM Search through the integration of future Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). These upcoming features will be infused with AI capabilities and eventually lead to greater efficiency, better decision-making, and enhanced customer experiences.
In the meantime, YYC taxPOD subscribers can immediately access certified corporate information through the SSM Search platform. This allows businesses to start streamlining their due diligence processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency right away.
This partnership further strengthens Infomina’s commitment to supporting SMEs and larger enterprises by simplifying access to verified corporate business information. By extending these services to a broader range of businesses across Malaysia and the ASEAN region, Infomina and YYC taxPOD pave the way for sustainable growth and enhanced corporate transparency.
