However, The Mirror states that Erling Haaland, Kevin De Bruyne and Jeremy Doku will not be a part of the squad.
Haaland, De Bruyne and Doku are in Saudi, but they are carrying knocks and will not be risked.
They will be training with their teammates but not taking part in the games.
City have already beaten Urawa Red Diamonds in the semi-final of the competition.
They will now take on Fluminense in the final, having seen off their Asian opponents 3-0.
