KOTA KINABALU: Star Youth deputy chief Razzidin Robert (pic) has resigned from his party post and quit Star with immediate effect, citing personal considerations in continuing his service to the community.

In a statement on Monday, Razzidin said the decision to step down as deputy chief of the party’s youth wing was made after careful thought and was not an easy one, but necessary at this stage of his life.

He expressed appreciation to the party leadership, fellow members and supporters for the trust and cooperation extended to him throughout his involvement in Star Sabah.

Razzidin said the experience gained within the party would remain an important foundation as he charts his next path in public service.

He added that he would continue serving the people of Keningau in ways more aligned with his principles and values, with the aim of contributing to a better Sabah.
