
Kota Kinabalu: All mosques and suraus in Sabah will hold tahlil and prayer sessions for the well-being of the late Zara Qairina Mahathir, said Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Mohd Arifin Mohd Arif, who is also the state exco for education and religion, on Sunday.
He, on Friday (Aug 8), had directed the Sabah Islamic Religious Affairs Department (Jheains) to coordinate the sessions.
The state government will also host a state-level tahlil and prayer session this Thursday (Aug 14) after Maghrib prayers at the City Mosque.

Mohd Arifin invited the public to join in praying for Zara to be granted forgiveness and blessings.
