The series stars Ella Bright (Hannah Wells) and Belmont Cameli (Garrett Graham) in the lead roles. Joining them in the cast are Mika Abdalla (Allie Hayes), Stephen Thomas Kalyn (Dean Di Laurentis), Jalen Thomas Brooks (John Tucker), and Antonio Cipriano (John Logan).
The Off Campus show follows Hannah Wells, a music major, and Garrett Graham, a star hockey player who struggles to maintain his grades. When Garrett asks Hannah for academic help in a subject, she agrees on one condition: Garrett will have to be her fake boyfriend. What starts as a simple deal to help each other out slowly turns into an unexpected romance. Set against the backdrop of Briar University, the series explores themes of love, trust, healing, and personal growth.

University of British Columbia
The University of British Columbia in Vancouver served as the primary filming location for Off Campus romantic series. This university doubled up as fictional Briar University and provided the backdrop for many of the memorable college moments. Spanning approximately 402 hectares, this location complements the show’s narrative and captures the lively atmosphere of college life. Several scenes were also filmed at Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre, located at the University of British Columbia. This sports facility was used to shoot several ice hockey sequences.

This luxury hotel served as Dean’s apartment in New York, where he and Allie spent romantic moments on Thanksgiving. The production filmed these scenes inside the hotel’s lavish Den Suite, a stylish two-level space featuring modern interiors, a private lounge, and sweeping views of BC Place Stadium.

Known for its laid-back vibe and inviting ambience, this location mirrored the carefree spirit of college life portrayed in the series.

Pacific Coliseum
This indoor sports and entertainment venue, located inside Hastings Park, was used to shoot several large-scale ice hockey sequences in Off Campus.
