
KOTA KINABALU: A strong earthquake struck the Minahassa Peninsula in Sulawesi at 8.51pm on Saturday.
The quake was recorded at a magnitude of 6.1, with coordinates 0.5° North and 121.6° East.
Its epicentre was located 165km west of Gorontalo, Indonesia, at a depth of 10km.
