KENINGAU: The Malaysian Family PerantiSiswa Programme reflects the Government’s commitment to ensure that students from the B40 group have access to an inclusive learning system.
Deputy Works Minister Datuk Arthur Joseph Kurup said this initiative was also extended to Basic students under the Ministry of Education, Teacher Training Institute (IPG), Form Six students, Vocational Colleges, Sports and Matriculation Schools under the Ministry of Education as well as ASWARA students under the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Malaysian Culture (MOTAC).
“This initiative of the Malaysian Family Government is expected to ease the burden of educational needs especially for Form Six students and further fuel the enthusiasm of those students to continue their studies to a higher level,” he told reporters after presenting the devices at SMK Keningau here on Monday.
