
BEAUFORT: A 17-year-old student, got his leg stuck when he stepped on the iron grate of the drain at SMK Beaufort 1.
District Fire and Rescue Station Chief Muhammad Hasbullah Nenggok said the incident happened at 9.14am on Tuesday.
“The boy was walking on top of the iron grate of the drain and got his foot stuck,” he said.
Firefighters used power unit equipment’s to cut open the iron grate in order to release the student’s foot.
