In a recent post shared by Seasia Stats, Malaysia has secured 3rd place as the Southeast Asian country where young people are the happiest.

Generations born before 1965 are happier than those born after 1980
Based on the World Happiness Report, it was revealed that the study focuses on the happiness of people at different stages of life and of those in different generations.
It is said that the young are the happiest and that happiness thereafter declines until middle age, followed by substantial recovery.
Some important parts of life are tied mainly to age, such as schooling, employment and health while others depend more on what is going on in society and the world.
The study was based on the Gallup World Poll (GWP), which considers questions about support, freedom to make life choices, and generosity, positive and negative affect.

Southeast Asian country with the happiest young age!
Malaysia is ranked 3rd in Southeast Asia and 64th globally among people under 30, scoring 6.372 in happiness, according to the World Happiness Report.
Thailand leads Southeast Asia and is ranked 45th globally, with a score of 6.497 for the happiest young people. Singapore comes in 2nd place closely behind, scoring 6.484.
The study also points out Myanmar as the least happy country in Southeast Asia, ranking 122nd globally with a score of 4.354.
