Malaysia has just been named the country with the 6th most beautiful women in Asia by a study conducted by finance website Insider Monkey.
Seeking to list down the 20 countries with the most beautiful women in Asia, the study used a consensus-driven approach and went through multiple sources.
South Korea named the country with the most beautiful women in Asia

South Korea tops the list for being the country with the most beautiful women in Asia with a score of 1, followed by Japan which scored 0.95.
Making up the top 5 are Vietnam (0.9 score), the Philippines (0.85 score) and Iran (0.8 score).

As you can see, Malaysia just missed out on the top 5 rankings, with Insider Monkey noting that our country’s multi-ethnic population comprising Malays, Chinese, Indians and other ethnicities has resulted in a unique blend of facial features and beauty standards.
Furthermore, the report added that the most popular cosmetic procedures among women in Malaysia are rhinoplasty, liposuction and eyelid surgery.
Besides that, the cosmetic business in Malaysia is expected to produce USD451.3 million or around RM2.1 billion in revenue this year, while the Beauty & Personal Care sector is expected to produce USD3.24 billion or RM15.07 billion in 2024.
