Penis size isn’t as important as the media makes it out to be, despite the common belief that bigger is better. In terms of desirability or function, it doesn’t hold as much weight.
While many people don’t have a strong preference for the size or length of a penis, some do consider it, which has influenced our rankings today! According to @seasia.stats, Malaysia has secured a spot in the rankings for average penis size among Asian countries.

Malaysia is at the 14th spot!
Malaysia has earned the 14th spot with an average erect length of 11.49 cm, just behind Singapore in 13th place with 11.53 centimeters, and ahead of Vietnam, which holds 15th place with 11.47 cm.
India leads the rankings with an average erect length of 13.71 cm, followed closely by Afghanistan at 13.69 cm and Japan in 3rd place with 13.56 cm.
Meanwhile, other Southeast Asian countries ranked on the list include Thailand at 16th place, the Philippines at 20th, Myanmar at 21st, and Cambodia at the bottom spot.

Does size actually matter?
According to NowPatient, the study relies on self-reported data, which has the possibility of people exaggerating their penis measurements.
Despite this potential for exaggeration, the data still provides a rough estimate of average penis sizes for people all over the world.
NowPatient used data from the World Population Review to obtain average penis size figures per country. A comparison of penis sizes was conducted using the same source data from 2022 to analyse differences in reported sizes.
