Its Minister Datuk Dr Mohd Arifin Mohd Arif said KSTI is conducting a study on this innovation.
“We are doing a study and looking for a site to test this innovation,” he said when met after attending the close-door signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between KSTI and Petronas Technology Venture Sdn Bhd at Magellan Sutera Harbour, here, Thursday.
Dr Mohd Arifin revealed that this study is one of the contents of the MoA which focuses on a collaboration between KSTI and Petronas in matters related to science, technology and innovation. “Other than that is the virtual fibre optic,” he said, adding the signing of the MoA was a follow-up to his visit to the Petronas research centre recently.
