Ronnie Stutter made Chelsea's bench for Sunday's 0-0 draw at Bournemouth.
Also in the matchday squad for the first time was summer arrival Alex Matos.
Matos, 18, joined Chelsea as a free agent from Norwich City and has been played in midfield at U21 level.
Meanwhile striker Stutter, also 18, has impressed for the Blues U21s so far this season.
A signing from West Ham four years ago, Stutter has netted five times in four Premier League 2 matches.
